Promotion Mechanics
- Valid win-or-lose bets on the selected platform contribute to turnover.
- Canceled or voided bets and bets placed on both sides of the same game do not count for Live Casino or Slots/Fishing turnover.
- For Sports, bets below odds of 1.65, void or tied bets, and bets placed on both sides with the same outcome do not count.
- The welcome bonus may be claimed once per platform, provided it has not already been claimed.
- Members who deposited but did not claim may still qualify when the current-month net deposit is positive and the wallet balance is below SGD 5.
- The welcome bonus does not apply to rebate or cashback promotions.
