Promotion Mechanics
- A new member may claim cashback from one ShopBack category only upon registration.
- For existing members, cashback is based on weekly net deposit calculated as total deposits less total withdrawals, Monday to Sunday.
- Receipts or screenshots must be clear, fully visible, unedited, uncropped, unblurred, and not duplicated or handwritten.
- Receipt dates must fall within the current month, and each receipt or screenshot may be used only once.
- Pending, cancelled, or refunded transactions do not qualify.
- Cashback is issued as bonus credits, carries a 5x turnover requirement, and is subject to a minimum withdrawal of SGD 50.
